We have just exchanged on our property, a process that took longer than any of us expected. Marina has been honest & open throughout the process. She was the person who I spoke with initially when obtaining quotes from various agents and her matter of fact approach was a large part of the reason we opted for Streets Ahead. Not 5 star because there were some communication errors along the way (none of which involved Marina) but all in all as stress free as selling a house could be. We are very satisfied.

Alexandra Brown, Alex at Streets Ahead was fantastic as I searched for our new home. She quickly understood our requirements and went out of her way to match us to suitable properties. I would highly recommend Alex to everyone seeking to find a home even thou I was let down at some point but that wasn't Alex it was the Landlord who did not fulfill his own requirements and Alex still went out of her way to resolve the issue in order for me to move in as previously discussed. Thank you Alex for your tremendous support and I want to mentione that you have an excellent customer skills. I wish all the staff had that as I contacted one of your colleague to raise a concern regarding my contract , she promised to call me back after I chased her up and she had never callled till now . I recently started working with Streets ahead and I found them very helpful especially Karen Sheldon from the Croydon branch. She is very helpful and well organised as she planned our viewings really well within our budget and preference and made good use of our day as we were not form Croydon. She helped us find our property and is currently working with us to complete the process. I would recommend this estate agent for people looking for a good customer service.
