Daniel Thornton provided a first-class service when marketing and managing the process for letting my property with his colleague Billie Blankson. I'm a cautious individual and my expectation about estate agents was not very high. I was proved wrong when experiencing the service from Daniel and Billie. Daniel was brilliant from the outset. He was not 'salesy' but allowed the power of his company’s credible track record to speak for itself. He was able to understand my concerns. And while I was anxious and extremely cautious, he managed this well and responded ‘appropriately’. Daniel always kept me informed about the prospect of successfully letting my home. I wanted a quality service which would result in ‘outstanding tenants’ and this is what I got. The result on viewing night speaks for itself. 8 visitors (which Daniel handled magnificently), 6 offers at rental asking price, and the 7th and successful offer was 6% above asking price. Billie did the pre and post following up discussions which can be described as ‘quality’. Daniel and Billie are fantastic ambassadors for the Lettings Department at Streets Ahead. Your directors should take note as ‘people buy people’, and I bought into this service (ignoring the competitors) after meeting with Daniel and working with both. Previous agents had rejected us on the face of my work situation regardless of my ability to prove earnings.Each rejection making the search more painful. Me and my lovely girlfriend started to doubt we'd find somewhere we liked , and whose landlord liked us despite my status as an agency worker. When she told me she had been to a viewing of her favourite place yet, we gathered our hopes and readied ourselves for another disappointment. But our agent, Ms Blankson truly represented us, going back and forth to the landlord to understand their concern, and find out how we can ease them. We got the flat. We're ecstatic. good times to come.

Was looking for a property in the Croydon area but I had difficulties and problems with various estate agents until I came in contact with streets ahead at Addiscombe in Croydon. As soon as I walked into the office they met me at the door, offered me a seat and were very polite, friendly and courteous. Billie Blankson helped me a lot in finding a new accommodation which I hope to move into this weekend. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely polite. Thank you Billie! My husband and I so wanted to find a nice flat that would not only suit our existing needs but also that of our son. Our initial searches seemed futile and was disappointing. However, Billie stepped in, grasped the situation and ensured that she understood or needs. She even volunteered on one occasion to drive me to my bus stop (very surprising). Our flat on is a two bed, slick, less than a year inhabited, close to a bus stop and supermarket, parks, bowling club, leisure center and lots of greenery. Excellent. I went into Streets Ahead, and asked for a rental properties. Billie showed me and my husband a few properties. My husband has been looking earlier with different estate agents and no luck. We recently purchased a property in the Croydon area. During this process we dealt with many estate agents in the area and Streets Ahead were certainly the most professional. Jennifer took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for and called us immediately when something came available, a different attitude to the 'just keep checking our website' that we got from many other agents or no calls at all. Now that we've found something I'm going to miss speaking to the girls in the office and when we come to sell we will definitely use Street Ahead!

If it were possible to give 10 stars I would. The lettings advisor I dealt with primarily, Billie, was on the ball and made me feel like I was a priority. She ensured I was kept up to date with all the properties that came available that were in my price range and gave me a full overview of the ones I expressed interest in. She was professional, helpful and attentive throughout the whole process, I could not fault her determiner in the slightest.
