Was looking for a property in the Croydon area but I had difficulties and problems with various estate agents until I came in contact with streets ahead at Addiscombe in Croydon. As soon as I walked into the office they met me at the door, offered me a seat and were very polite, friendly and courteous. Billie Blankson helped me a lot in finding a new accommodation which I hope to move into this weekend. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely polite. She took out all the stress involved in looking for a new accommodation and dealt with all my queries and enquirers. Billie is just superb and wonderful. She is simply the best! Anthony Gaunt was the agent who got back to my initial message, he really listened to what i was looking for and suggested a number of very suitable properties. He was a pleasure to deal with, he always made an effort to answer my calls and if he couldn't he would always get back to me later on that day. Also because i work full time including Saturdays, he scheduled my appointments for after work which really helped...........the whole process was quick and pain free, im looking forward to moving into my new home yay!!
