I have used Northwood for both renting a property and for selling. I found both teams to be very proactive and professional. A big thank you to Sue in the Sales Office for all her help and support during our recent house sale, and to Rena for her help with renting our son's house. Both sales and rental processes were clearly explained and charges were very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate in using Northwood again!

This company are disgusting to deal with , they rented to a family member his mother even has cancer & they still gave his problems, in the damp mouldy house with no boiler working !! if you ever have the misfortune of being in one of there rentals properties off this company with no moral compass check everything , NEVER PAY them up front , & always go to landlord or owner not northwood, IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WHICH YOU WILL HAVE GUARANTEED Disgraceful people with no moral compass say they defend the landlord That is shocking ( should be tenants & landlords They rent out damp properties & have no care for the people living there just in get the money regardless of health care I'd never use or recommend this shocking company "THE RENTAL WAS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE SEE PICS and videos if you'd like me to upload Now for Reply:to northwood REPLY AS YOUR WELL AWARE THE MONEY never been a issue....your company welcome to keep the money, no problems, as you obviously need the money & one would hope nobody suffers in the damp properties & causing health problems As we've explained to the property owner, And other friends.... what sort of company you are with no moral compass And I'm so glad we never gave you our 10 properties to sell & will inform everyone we meet in the property industry in the future ⚠️ about your cost and manner you conduct yourselves & moral compass And you're welcome in advance glad you found this as a positive feedback suggests the extent of moral compass🗑🗑🗑

Rob, thank you for the feedback and we note that you have filed two reviews for the same issue. Having explained this to you several times, no money can be returned for a tenancy until the property as been handed back. Furthermore, if a tenancy is terminated prior to expiry of the agreement it is only fair that the tenant covers rent up to the point of a new tenant taking occupation, and cover the landlords fees for an early relet. Negative feedback of this nature is useful to receive as it demonstrates that we have fulfilled the obligations we have to our landlord client. Your comments prove that we have supported our landlord and delivered on our commitment to them. We took all possible steps to advise you of the costs prior, during and at the end of the tenancy. Our job is to maintain and manage our landlords assets and unfortunately that does mean occasionally this results in dissatisfied tenants. Upset tenants are those that try to operate outside the scope of their tenancy agreements or don’t work within the framework needed to properly maintain their tenancy. Deposits are independently held and deductions can only be made for legitimate reasons and if the tenancy isn’t ran to order full deposits, quite rightly, will not be returned. We are aware of your personal circumstances and as we do understand the stress this must be putting you under. We have done our very best to alleviate this stress and deliver exactly what we said we would do. Unfortunately, as explained there are costs associated with breaking agreements.
