We have gone out of our way to help you at every step of your sale and subsequent rental. At all stages we have clearly communicated and you had expressed your extreme satisfaction with our service. Subsequently you have broken your tenancy and we have correctly managed this in order to protect our landlord client. We have shown that as agents we are prepared to do the right thing for our clients, even if it results in not conceding to threats of bad reviews. Ethically we have done the right thing and I embrace a negative review that highlights how we place our clients above our own needs.
