Left details on two properties asking to view. Both properties they were supposedly waiting for the keys back. But surprisingly they both sold before I even got chance to view. They didn't ring to let me know they were ready to view. Just sold straight away. I'd imagine the estate agent has sold to a friend or I don't believe they have contacted those that had shown interest myself included. Certainly won't be wasting my time contacting these about a property they are advertising. Very poor service.

Due to our enhanced marketing as standard, our properties do command a higher level of interest than the norm. This is the worst estate agency I have ever dealt with. The consultant was rude and trying to belittle me on the phone after me having to chase for an update on my application rather than them getting in touch with me. Also trying to keep part of my holding deposit for “referencing costs”. I would avoid as landlord has now lost a potential tenant and has to keep the property empty longer meaning loss of income and also as a tenant the hassle is not worth it!

Sadly information that wasn't available when you first applied became apparent through the referencing process. Northwood are the landlord's of the property in question so any loss is ours to bear. Your holding deposit has been returned within 2 working days of agreeing the let would not proceed in line with the Government regulations. Aww, lovely staff however they breached Contract. Signed up on 8 December 2021 and terminated on 12 January 2022. They say they cannot discriminate NHS and Careworkers. I advised I am going through a court case of false imprisonment, Human Rights Breach and discrimination with the NHS. My requirements were 2 full time workers. Not on temp contracts 1 or 2 children, no pets, non smokers.. One viewer was one adult only. The other was 2 adults one still out of the country. This is a large 3 bed house. Tenants need to be UK residents. A previous declined couple zlso applied. No discrimination took place. Time and effort - zero!

Dear Rosalyn. We provided several suitable tenants which you turned down in part because they were NHS workers. We will not discriminate against NHS workers. We have completed our part of the contract in full, providing suitable tenants, we have not charged you a penny and we robustly deny any breach of contract. Your criteria are too harsh and contrary to the guidance of our regulator, The Property Ombudsman. As such we can no longer in good faith continue to act for you. If you believe we have breached the contract please take us to court. Further to your request we have offered to continue to find tenants as long as we do not penalise NHS workers. I'm really disappointed about that agency. They start making problems from the beginning. Can't properly take the record of the tenants and make wrong spelling on names, even when they got ID. Really poor respons on costumers needs even when you report maintenance issues. On 2 years living in property they couldn't fix thermostat from the beginning, cannot pick up letters for landlord, instead they only interested of inspection and to cheat you on the end. They try to charge you for some issues which have been reported from the start of letting. When I show them proof of issues then they start explaining the person who was dealing with it is already gone and they didn't have any record. Weird cause I have mine with them on email. Overall could not avoid take money from deposit, cause the really want to take something from tenants so they said - we gonna charge you for curtain poles. Those which wasn't damaged but taken down for cleaning. It was enough to fit them back which I told them. They said is to late because you surrendered keys from home and you need to be charged 60 £ for that pleasure. As a tenant can't recommend this agency but if you decided you need to be prepared they gonna charge you no matter what. One star note in my opinion is too good for them.

Dear Grzegorz I'm sorry that you feel this way however I would stress that we never seek to take unnecessary deductions from deposits. The charge was for a contractor to visit the property and reinstall the curtain poles that you had taken down. We do not take any fees for contractor works and act purely on behalf of the landlord, there are no commissions or incentive for us overcharge, however where costs are incurred that are the responsibility of the tenant we will always ask for a contribution. As the property was being re-let immediately we had to act quickly and unfortunately we could not accommodate your request to complete the works yourself. Should you feel that we have acted incorrectly you may pursue a complaint with our redress provider The Property Ombudsman

None existent customer service, repairs not carried out, emails unanswered, errors in basic personal information. Roof leaking for months. Contractors turning up without warning and for the wrong job and property. Tenant name and contact details recorded incorrectly.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
