Inspection at my rental place
Inspection at my rental place today. Jessica was truly professional and clear spoken with me. Truely impressed with her and deaf awareness. Absolutely delighted with her. She work there for a year I believe……Bright future ahead of her. Up there with Cathy, Rena and Holly……Very well done of your professional….All of them are credit to Northwood.best wishes

"I have been using Northwoods..."
I have been using Northwoods for the past five years. i have three properties on the guaranteed rental scheme. As i live abroad and have been unable to have a hands on approach in managing the properties the scheme has been invaluable. I have always found all members of the team to be friendly, efficient and willing to go the extra mile in helping me out or answering any questions i may have had. The systems in place allow the whole process to function seamlessly. All payments have been on time and all documentation is well presented. I'm so happy with the service that i am in the process of adding another two properties to my portfolio.

I would just like to publicly
I would just like to publicly thank Cathy /Laura and team for their incredible help over the last few weeks. Sometimes these reviews are based around levels of professionalism etc. However whilst these guys have shown all of that, they have also shown compassion and kindness. Laura and Cathy have quite literally gone to every length possible to help myself and my two sons. I cant thank either of them enough for all their help during what could have been a tricky time for myself and my family. 5 stars does not do them justice. Thanks guys.....

As a profoundly deaf who have lived by himself in the same place since 2020 , am very grateful for your professional , patience and kindness with me. Cathy is a first class letting agent who bring some positive and kindness into her role and I am someone who fully support the inspection rules. I love it when Cathy do it because of her communication and deaf awareness skills.
