I would like to place on record that Andrew Harker at Curchods, Cobham was extremely helpful with regards to our purchase. It was reassuring to know that if Andy said he would do something then it would be done. There was never a need to chase. It was important for us from the outset to have an idea about the likely timescales to exchange and completion. Given the twists and turns invariably involved with such a transaction, his time prediction was uncannily accurate. Experience does count. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew.

We contacted Curchods in Cobham about a property we were interested in buying. We were fortunate to meet Andy Harker who couldn't have been more helpful. He arranged visits to the house, found and brought a builder to discuss possible alterations and was a pleasure to deal with. When we eventually decided not to proceed he was very understanding. Recommend him very highly.
