Patrick Dobson at Curchods was very helpful throughout our protracted search for a new home in the Cobham area. He was always responsive to questions and responded professionally to the failure of our first purchase (the sellers changed their mind abruptly) and then to the unique challenges presented by the pandemic. We have now finally completed our purchase and were able to progress the process very quickly once our offer was accepted, thanks in part to Patrick’s excellent communication with us and also his clients. The office team at Curchods are also very efficient and friendly - Debbie Kent deserves a special mention for acting as de facto nanny to our small son while we did numerous home viewings earlier in the year.
