A delight to deal with! From the very beginning, when they were first instructed on the sale of our father's house, all the team at Curchods were welcoming​, efficient​ and professional and we were delighted with the number of viewings they continued to secure, during the relatively short time the house was on the market.​ ​ Throughout the process, we knew we were in safe hands and were constantly kept updated, with phone calls and emails ​swiftly actioned. With Patrick at the helm, he was always quick to reassure, and his ​welcome positivity, delightful humour and sound advice, was the one constant we could rely on amidst a number of totally separate​,​ personal issues we were ​having to deal with. Sandfield Primary School would like to say a HUGE thank you to the wonderful staff at Curchods who have helped with sponsorship for our Summer and Christmas Fair this year. We are a tiny one form entry school in the heart of Guildford town centre and struggle for funding and support from local businesses. Curchods have always taken the time to listen and support wherever possible. Last year the money they donated helped towards much needed playground resurfacing and this year will help buy Sports and Science Equipment which will be enjoyed by children at Sandfield for many years to come. What people may not know however is their impressive record of support for local community groups, sports clubs, schools and other social activities.
