Curchods Cobham

5 Starts for Elsa and her team It has been a pleasure working with Curchods, specially Elsa Bain. Extremely different from the rest, she only called when the property met my priorities. she looked after us in every little detail until completion. Just wonderful! many thanks! Sam

We are very impressed with the service and advice provided by Curchods Cobham for selling our home of 25 years. We found Andrew Grant and Tim Abbot of Curchods Prime to be experienced practitioners with good knowledge of the market. They were able to whet the buyers for our esoteric property, bringing only the right type of buyers for viewings. Tim Abbot was always at hand to answer our questions and personally attending most of the property viewings. Tim's negotiation skills closed the deal for us just in time for us to purchase our next property. We would happily recommend them to future sellers and buyers of properties.

Has been a great experience purchasing our first house. The team are efficient & true to their word. Frankie has ensured we’ve kept in the loop throughout the process & has been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for your great service! Would definitely recommend Churchods Cobham. Becca & Jake
