Jemima was absolutely fantastic. She worked tirelessly to hold the whole chain together and to make our sale and purchase happen despite numerous problems, from parties threatening to pull out, to non-responsive and generally poor lawyers, other parties and their representatives. She was friendly, clear, concise, cheerful and very helpful throughout. The best agent we have ever dealt with. Would highly recommend.

We recently purchased a new property in Cobham through Curchods. After viewing with Amy who is just loveley, we spoke and made our offer her liason between buyer and owner was always transparent and professional and in short a great experience i think for all parties. We did what we promised the sellers the same and Amy and her other team members at Curchods navigated the sale to a suc nessful close in record time. Great agency, who have given us a lot of support as a charity, and most recently in the delivery of a new website for one of our facilities. Root Fifty Two took the time to understand our business, our objectives and were accommodating to our limited budget. The customer service is brilliant - all staff have been a pleasure to work with and I'm pleased to say we have now got a website that is 1000% better aligned with our objectives.
