Really good service from Curchods Cobham. They gave genuine, sound advice and a realistic valuation. The most important part of the sales process is communication. Neil and the team kept us updated throughout and put up with us even when things got stressful! From start to finish my experience was first class. Curchods really know the property around Cobham. Neil the Valuer was so comfortable to deal with, like talking to an old friend, and spot on with his valuation. No price inflating to try and win business. From putting it on the market the whole team worked as one, keeping me fully in the picture and giving frequent updates. Messages were always passed on, and requests for call back we’re followed through quickly. I dealt mostly with Lisa who was just lovely, could not have been better, nothing was too much trouble, and very empathetic. Patrick was very professional, giving me good advice. Debbie followed through very efficiently with all the paperwork.
