Charlotte, Sam and Alisha were absolutely fantastic through our process of buying our first home. They were understanding with us when there was a problem, they helped and guided us through areas we struggled with. But most importantly they were kind and caring - taking the time to talk to us! They were quick to reply and call us with anything and reassuring throughout. I would recommend mortimers for any first time buyers! Cannot thank them enough as it was a tough process but they made it alot easier and made it less stressful for us. Thank you Mortimers 😊
