He responded to every question without delay, even outside of normal office hours, showing a commitment over and above what we expected. Steve & Amy, what a team! They have definitely been put through their paces with our sale/purchase! Steve has been dealing with the sale of our house and has been professional & personable throughout. He has a sense of humour, remaining extremely positive when I had lost hope after our buyer pulled out at the last minute. He got our property back online immediately and sold it again 5 days later. We have now exchanged and are due to complete tomorrow. Steve has always been on the end of his phone answering any questions or offering reassurance when needed, even in the evening!!!! Amy has been dealing with our purchase. Amy again is extremely approachable, personable and professional too. She has made herself available for when we wanted to revisit the property with builders and even answering messages on her day off. When we lost our buyer she managed to still secure our dream home without it needing to be relisted. We can’t recommend Steve Grantham highly enough! He was brilliant throughout both our sale and purchase, making the whole process much smoother than it could have been. From the start, he was honest and upfront, giving us useful feedback from viewings and advising on small improvements that helped make our home more appealing. The photography he arranged was outstanding and really made a difference in attracting buyers. When it came to buying, there was a lot of back and forth in negotiations, and Steve was incredibly supportive, always keeping us updated on the seller’s position and guiding us on making the right offer. Later in the process, when issues arose in the chain, he went above and beyond, chasing other agents and making sure everything stayed on track. Without his persistence, things could have easily fallen apart. If you’re buying or selling in Clanfield or Horndean, Steve is definitely the person to go to!
