No ask was to big/small or silly, there was nothing that was too much trouble. Amy understood just how much of an emotional rollercoaster purchasing a property can be at times, and I am very thankful we had her in our corner. We have dealt with multiple estate agencies previously and I can truly say the service provided by Amy and Steve was exemplary.

Fantastic service from Steve from start to finish. I’d struggled with genuine interest in the property I was selling whilst using a local traditional estate agent, and switched to Steve Grantham Bespoke after buying a house through him a month before. We would recommend Steve, whilst we were new to buying a property he provided a more personalised service than we have seen larger estate agents provide. His communication is really good and we were never chasing him. Steve helped move everything forward and he was very responsive to any questions we had. Not that we plan to move again any time soon but we would use Steve again

Amy & Steve have been absolutely amazing during the purchase and sale process and their sell it or referral was also superb. We saw a house we wanted and Amy encouraged us to get our house ready to market (which was no mean feat!) in less that 3 weeks! We sold our house day 1 of marketing because of their local market knowledge. Throughout the process they have kept us fully updated, they have chased and hassled other solicitors etc where necessary and no question has been too silly.
