Steve & Amy, what a team! They have definitely been put through their paces with our sale/purchase! Steve has been dealing with the sale of our house and has been professional & personable throughout. He has a sense of humour, remaining extremely positive when I had lost hope after our buyer pulled out at the last minute. He got our property back online immediately and sold it again 5 days later. We have now exchanged and are due to complete tomorrow. Steve has always been on the end of his phone answering any questions or offering reassurance when needed, even in the evening!!!! Amy has been dealing with our purchase. Amy again is extremely approachable, personable and professional too. She has made herself available for when we wanted to revisit the property with builders and even answering messages on her day off. When we lost our buyer she managed to still secure our dream home without it needing to be relisted. Although we won't be moving again as we have found our forever home, if we were, then I would instruct this A team again. They have been a pleasure to get to know.
