We had a buyer within a few weeks, and unfortunately had a problem at the start of the chain, he advised us to re market again and our house resold in a couple of days. From the first point of contact to completion Steve has been phenomenal. We have just completed on what Steve called “the most complex and testing chain he has ever been involved in”. I honestly don’t think we would be in our new house today if it wasn’t for Steve’s work ethic and tireless efforts in getting this over the line. He communicated with us regularly, often outside of work hours, he was always very contactable and if he was busy would always return our calls promptly. We always felt in the loop throughout the whole process and felt completely safe in Steve’s hands. A standout moment from our experience was when Steve gave up 2-3 hours of his personal time to facilitate a meeting between him, us and our seller to try and find a solution to an issue that a solicitor further up the chain had caused. This was not Steve’s issue to fix, but he worked tirelessly to come up with solutions for all involved. The amount of problems experienced whilst buying this house due to people higher up the chain is astounding, all of which Steve managed with such professionalism. His passion and dedication to his job is admirable. Myself, Zoe and Amelie would like to thank Steve, although thank you doesn’t seem quite enough. What Steve offers truly is a bespoke service and I have no doubt that he would do just as good a job for anyone else as he did for us. I can’t say we will be in a hurry to move again, but if we ever do I know exactly which agent we will be using.

After a poor experience with a previous agent, within a week with Steve Grantham Bespoke we had sold our property. Amy was fantastic and did all her due diligence before coming up with a realistic valuation and great marketing and new photos did the trick. There were some bumps along the way due to the chain but Amy's tenacity shone through to completion. Thank you all for your expertise.
