Having felt I'd been sucked along for six months with another agent, I decided to call it a day and appoint Steve Grantham. From the point of instruction, Steve appreciated the urgency and totally took the worry away from me whilst I went off on a planned holiday. Two moths later we have exchanged and are completing shortly. Steve is a breath of fresh air, honest and up front from the outset and not the usual 9am to 6pm estate agent five days a week. He is hardworking, always at the end of the phone and will return calls promptly if not immediately available. Kept me updated throughout the process with just a simple text message, even late into the evening. I am moving out of the area so will have no need of his services in the future, but I, personally, wouldn't consider any other agent.
