Once on board Steve was extremely proactive in lining up eligible viewers, compared to only 2 with an earlier agent. We had to drop the price quite a lot due to a declining market, but a sale was agreed. Steve gave excellent support and liaison leading up to a rather stressful exchange. Can’t thank him enough.
