We had used the same agent for the last couple of sales and purchases but we noticed that Steve Grantham seemed to be selling the vast majority of houses in the local area, so we decided to get Steve round to value. Steve is professional and really knows his stuff. He gave us a thorough but no nonsense valuation and was very clear about the realities of the market etc and how selling through him would look in terms of marketing strategy, costs etc. Everything he said was 100% accurate. If we had gone with other agents we would have ended up sitting on the market, reducing or not selling, but with Steve’s approach we were sold within a few weeks. His super gold star is for communication!!! He gave pretty much instant updates on viewings so we knew how everything went and just generally aces communication. The same goes for his team! Steph was also fantastic covering for Steve and got stuck in straight away and helped get everyone to an agreed completion date within a few days. There is not one bit of negative feedback I would give. Fab team!
