Unfortunately not able to give a positive review when dealing with a purchase through Redbrik. Redbrik could have caused myself and my family major problems by choosing not to disclose vital information on the property. They showed little concern over this. Found the experience stressful, unhelpful and uncaring. Ended up dealing direct with the seller towards the end. Glad it’s over.

Rip off company would not recommend to anyone. They lie to you to get a upfront payment but don't refund it if you don't get the house

Thank you for your thoughts Michelle however terms and conditions and processes are set out to potential tenants before any payment is taken. Potential tenants are required to sign and agree to the terms and the only reason a tenancy offer is retracted and monies not refunded is if a potential tenant has not fully declared their personal circumstances.

Called up for a request on fees and lettings information as a first time landlord - was advised they were too busy and i would recieve a call back... 24 hours later... still waiting. Not too great service..

Tried to make an appointment to view a rental property with this agent I found them un helpful, then I had an appointment which they were meant to confirm which they didn’t do on the day of the appointment I didn’t know if it was happening or not a young man called at 10:15 for the appointment at 12:30 I told him I hadn’t heard from them so assumed the property had gone only to be told it’s not his fault that their email might be in my junk box !!!!! Extremely rude and ignorant response will never deal with this unprofessional and ignorant outfit . The junk box is where they belong.

I'm sorry that you were not happy with your experience however I do want to assure you we have done everything we can to allow you to view the property. Your viewing was booked in over the phone on the 22nd January and it was stated that the viewing was confirmed and you would receive email confirmation with the time of the viewing and full property address following the call. The email confirmation was sent across at 13:49 on 22nd January. You were called today to confirm your viewing, as we confirm all viewings on the day (via phone as well as email when initially booked in) as we understand sometimes people need to re-arrange and forget to contact us to let us know. During this call you stated you had not received the confirmation email and we double checked your email address and we can see the confirmation email on the 22nd was delivered to the correct address. If the property was no longer available to view then of course we would've called to cancel. However your booking was still going ahead and our call this morning was a courtesy to confirm you were still attending. The property is still available and if you would still like to view then please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Absolutely abysmal service! my property still has not sold over 4 months from agreed sale! the advisor is a joke and constantly miscommunicates to both parties and the director basically just washed his hands of it! If I could give zero stars I would!

Misold property failing to indicate that it was part exchanged and that the actual seller was the developer. Made up a story about the current owner probably going to stop with family, and that the House could become imediatley vacant. Placed an offer on this property through them which was declinned. Fair enough. But never got back in contact with me to indicate that a 2nd party had placed an offer. Which was accepted!! First ever experience of dealing with an alleged reputable Estate Agent? That certainly ain't Science Duck !!

Arranged a viewing with them wednesday to view a property at 9am this morning, 9.10 my wife rings to query where they were and was told they would find out. Nobody showed, but we got a voicemail saying that we should let THEM know if anybody turns. 45 minutes later we left. Awful.
