Treated poorly . I offered and had my offer accepted on a house through Redbricks. I was asked to pay £595 and sign an exclusivity contract to tie me into the sale. I happily paid and signed to get the house. I was told that from that point on “ Redbrick” would not allow further viewings or marketing. ! Little did I know that two weeks and two days later , I was informed that the property had a better offer ! I thought I had exclusivity ! I just got a refund of the money £595 . Which is still waiting to be credited back to my card. Why pay the money ! Why offer me exclusivity and then with draw it. Very shabby
Gave up, no one answers the phone.
This is currently our 4th house so not new to the Estate Agent experience, but this one was not great! Do not pay upfront, less stressful if you just burn the £495. Communication was poor and inconsistent; not all staff coming up with same version of information. Only used them as they sold the property in 2019. Wouldn't use again.
registered with them for notifications and they don't send them. have to keep checking daily. poor service for prospective customers
We unfortunately didn't have a great experience of Redbrik as buyers. The most telling example was when we had an offer in on a property. The Agent rang me around 9am to let me know someone else had offered on it and would we increase our offer. As my husband was at work I said I would need to discuss with him and get back to her if that was ok. She said of course and that she would be there until 5pm for us to get back to her. At 3pm, on checking Zoopla, the property showed up as sold. When my husband rang to enquire what had happened as we had been given time to respond until the end of the day, he was told that someone would get back to him... and they never did. Prior to this we had been involved in a Best and Finals on a Redbrik property which wasn't handled nicely at all. It came across that with the crazy housing market during the pandemic, Redbrik didn't feel the need to make any effort with buyers - they were probably great if you were selling though! It got to the point where we tried our best to avoid properties being sold by them, and thankfully the house we eventually purchased was with a different agent. Sorry for the poor review but really not a great experience for us.NegativeProfessionalism
Trading with the best profit earning site got me the hugest rewards in a short period of trading section which lasted for some few weeks. I started up with £1000 I got £8600 as my total profit and my withdrawal was made successful with the help of my trade acct manager Mrs Nolan Rose. Her company's platform proved legit . Unfortunately not able to give a positive review when dealing with a purchase through Redbrik. Redbrik could have caused myself and my family major problems by choosing not to disclose vital information on the property. They showed little concern over this. Found the experience stressful, unhelpful and uncaring. Ended up dealing direct with the seller towards the end. Glad it’s over.
Rip off company would not recommend to anyone. They lie to you to get a upfront payment but don't refund it if you don't get the house
Called up for a request on fees and lettings information as a first time landlord - was advised they were too busy and i would recieve a call back... 24 hours later... still waiting. Not too great service..
