Redbrik Chesterfield

A massive THANK YOU is in order for Georgina and the Team at Redbrik Lettings without them Myself and My partner couldn't have found our new home. Georgina was especially helpful and so quick at replying with the multitude of queries myself and my partner threw at her as well as going that extra mile to ensure we got in the property on the date initially given whilst she was on annual leave. i would certainly recommend Redbrik Lettings and if i was to move again i wouldn't hesitate to use these again.

Redbrik have been a pleasure! Loraine Kitchen and Claire Shipman and a few others (sadly I cant recall their names but the lady who worked the weekend when bids were coming in thick and fast was AMAZING) have been just brilliant in selling our house, above asking price. We also purchased through them and they went above and beyond- every single one of them. Even through lockdown they kept in touch to keep things afloat within our chain. High recommend! I chose Redbrik because I was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism right from the start of the process, when the house was valued. It was marketed with high quality photographs, information and a detailed plan of the house and garden. All viewings were taken care of and an open weekend organised by Jessica was an excellent approach. Communication by email and phone kept me well informed and when the need arose, both Holly and Jessica were persistent and tireless in dealing with any issues. They would always respond to any queries or concerns quickly and provide the answers. The customer service I received was of a high quality and I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Redbrik.

Redbrik have been fantastic from start to finish. We sold our property very quickly and achieved the asking price. The staff are very professional, nothing is to much trouble, you feel you are in safe hands with them. A big shout out to Liz Wheelhouse, a phone call every week from her, keeping us up to date. She was always there to guide and steer us through any problems and was always happy to listen and advise. Overall, we have used Redbrik a few times over the years and may I say they always go above and beyond to make a somewhat stressful experience, more manageable. We would certainly use them again.

I can confidently say that Redbrick is the best Estate Agency that I have ever dealt with. From their friendly, professional and welcoming customer service, to their incredibly hard working staff, they are just a pleasure to deal with. I had the pleasure of being looked after by Loraine when we were buying our first home. She communicated with is regularly and really made sure we were kept in the know. Loraine and her team are extremely professional and have set the standard for all estate agents. Thank you so much for making buying our first home smooth, exciting and very special! I highly recommend to everyone.
