My experience of Redbrik is a good one. All the people involved in my sale were professional, very responsive and pro-active. Jake was very good at obtaining a price acceptable to me. As I live 3 hours away I appreciated the help in doing the insurance checks required. The process from accepting an offer went pretty smoothly. I've given 4 stars rather than 5 as I think the initial evaluation was too high, the sale happened at the same time as inflation increased rapidly so the original price had to drop, but my expectations were for a higher sale price.

The professional service and advice provided by Tracey was excellent and if it wasn't for her help and support we would have seriously struggled to complete the process after a very difficult set back. We have really appreciated all her hard work and efforts throughout. Outstanding member of staff. It would have been 5 stars based on Tracey alone.
