From valuation to completion, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service, from Redbrik and would highly recommend using the company. Jessica Risorto provided me with the initial valuation and oozed confidence in the selling of my property. However, she didn't stop there. She became my wing-woman; always there for moral support and advice. The photographer produced extremely high quality photographs and the sales brochure was of a brilliant standard. Looking at my property once online, it stood out against similar ones due to the photographs, which truly showcased the best of the property. Chris acted as my sales negotiator and did a fantastic job. He was also always at the end of the phone, giving me updates and providing me with reassurance. My property sold within thirteen days of hitting the market and I am convinced this is due to Redbrik. They are extremely personable, brilliantly encouraging and very hard working. Excellent folk. Always respond to emails, call you back when they say they will, take maintenance issues seriously and keep you in the loop if they're waiting for responses from landlords or contractors. Can't recommend them enough and they're miles ahead of the other clowns that take your money and leave you waiting over a week to get your hot water back.
