Redbrik Chesterfield

Great experience throughout with Redbrik From the initial chat in their office, to the valuation, dealing with viewings and offers/negotiating, then finally completing the sale Always there, always doing what they should - happy to recommend The vision & expectations of the business leaders clearly spread through all of their staff, delivering an excellent service

What can I say, the whole team at Redbrik in Chesterfield have been flawless from start to finish. They were appointed to sell my parents house and also the agent for the onward purchase. I also use them for my buy to let properties of which the service is top-notch. If you are thinking of selling your home, I would 100% recommend Redbrik as No1 estate agent in Chesterfield. Special thanks from Beverley and Richard to Ross, Jessica, Natalie, Thea and Janet! 😊

Right from the start Redbrik made the sale of our property go seamlessly. They dealt with everything for us so swiftly and it felt like a very personal service. From Valuation and photographs right through to sales, every team member was professional and could not have done more for us. A special thanks to Liz for all her help in the later stages. We felt that Redbrik were really proactive in selling our house and in sending us directly, houses that we might want to view. From the valuer, Jacqueline; the photographer, Josh; the negotiators Holly and Natalie and her cover Janet; the viewing agent, Rebecca, they all listened to our ideas and comments and were keen to work in partnership with us. They were always available and even the office based people who were answering the phones, had access to our details and seemed to have the latest information on our sale. Our key worker, Natalie was also proactive in keeping in touch with us and let us know if she was going to be on holiday and who would be our contact until she returned. We wish we had put our house on the market with them from the beginning, as we received a very poor service from our first agent and the whole experience with them was very unpleasant. We have since not heard anyone say a bad word about Redbrik, in fact we can't fault the service we received from them. We have already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

We recently sold our house with Redbrik, we chose Redbrik after a fabulous experience buying our property from them previously. Ross came out to value our house and was very informative, he explained everything in detail and was on hand if we had any questions. Janet dealt with the sale of our property, and was extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. Janet was on hand for any questions we had and was always keeping us updated on the progress of our sale. We had a few bumps in the road and we genuinely believe without Janet our sale would have fallen through. I can not thank Janet and the team at Redbrik for making the whole process so enjoyable, easy and stress free. When it comes to selling our next property the only choice would be Redbrik.

I've used Redbrik a couple of times, for both buying and selling a property. They are very professional, understanding of your needs and very helpful. Making any stress alot easier to deal with. Janet was great, with regular updates about where the sale was at, once sold she chased solicitors and the buyers making things go smoothly. I would use again if need be.

I cannot stress how much I would recommend Janet from the Chesterfield office, her service ticked all the boxes for what you really want from an estate agent. Janet is a pleasure to deal with great personality , knowledgeable and most importantly extremely proactive. She was on top of everything right from the start and made our purchase 100% easier. I would use Janet again without hesitation should we want to sell in the future and would happily recommend her to others.

Great service great people and so polite , if I had a problem I phone red brick and problem was resolved , I will be using them again and thank you for everything red brick team 👍

From the moment I contacted Redbrik to get a valuation on my old property to the completion of the sale and the purchase of my new property I can’t fault them. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was both professional and friendly and made me feel like a friend not just another client. By the time my sale and purchase was completed I felt that I’d known Janet and Liz Wheelhouse forever, they’re fantastic. Thank you. Sally Greensmith
