Very disappointed with the lack of service we received and general inability to either want to find answers to questions or use initiative for basic queries, this is when we got a response. Extremely poor service! Over promised on my new build, they had 2 conduct issues with staff members in my time. Contact at Wilkins vardy office did not reply, had to be chased and was rude. Wasn’t even told the move had been put back on 2 separate occasions. I had to chase continuously and was due to move within 5 days and wasn’t told that wasn’t going ahead. Over promised and when questioned the 2.5k of unexpected charges was spoken to like I was not being truthful despite this being the same for all of the new owners on my street. I do not even know where to begin . I sold my house through this company to an awful human being. I wad so sick oh and apparently bejing extremely vulnerable during a pandemic is no excuse not to move house Doesn’t matter that I have kidney failure or diabetes, didn’t matter tgat I was so ill ! They supported my buyer none stop , I wad harassed and stressed out to the point I collapsed and ended up in hospital . Like gossiping witches, these people made my life hellNegativeProfessionalism

Turned to Wilkins Vardy Some months ago Was sold it by an agent that seemed very positive We were convinced and swapped from Dale's & Peaks we live in a cul de sac and was fitted with one sign hardly visible from the road Dale's and Peaks placed 2 We have had approx 6 booked viewings 5 of which either canceled or did not even turn up Wilkins Vardy will not help view at weekends so my wife had to do this Very stressful The sign has now blown down over a week ago and wa reported Still the sign has not been erected Not happy Wush we had never left Dale's and peaks

We were a buyer and the sales agent was so rude. If that's the calibre of employee I would never have any association with then again.
