Wilkins Vardy

The whole process was very easy and the team were approachable & knowledgeable

Nice and smooth from start to finish, a class out fit, thank you

Sarah and Wilkins Vardy were really helpful with the purchase of my first home. It went overall smoothly and they communicated well with me and the sellers. Thanks!

The team at Wilkins Vardy have all been very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the time I was able to spend talking with staff in branch about selecting suitable properties to view and arranging appointments. The viewing agent was helpful and on time. The viewings were efficiently followed up. I really appreciated the honest and regular communication through the house buying process.

Wilkins Vardy were professional at all times, from initial appointment through to completion of the sale. The process took some time, but the agents were supportive at all times, and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the area in which we were selling. They communicated through various means to keep us updated. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We have recently moved to a new build property and can't thank the team at Wilkins Vardy enough. Messages were always passed to the relevant people and acted on. Joanne and Dan went the extra mile to making our move a reality. They were all over it when we needed answers to resolve issues preventing completion. You really did us proud. Thank you!

The sale was due to bereavement and I lived a distance away. I was completely happy with the service from valuation through to completion, I never felt hurried in the phone, all staff dealt with matters in a friendly and professional way. Having worked in the conveyancing world, I do not make these comments lightly or without some experience. Would not hesitate to recommend and I rarely ‘do’ reviews but felt this relevant to the service I received.

I rang to see whether WV could help with an urgent surveying question. I had no other contact with them. I could not have received better service. A message was promptly sent on, and I received a call from their Surveyor after office hours, and within 2 hours of my call. My enquiry was professionally addressed. Brilliant-above and beyond the average.

I was impressed by the staff from Wilkins Vardy from the outset. Each member of staff is very professional and plays their specific role in the journey from the valuation to sale completion. I chose Wilkins Vardy over other agents because they demonstrated their diligent by researching the property prior to visiting for the valuation and this attention continued right through to completion. I was delighted with the service they offered and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly professional agent who offers a personal touch and excellent communication and support throughout.
