Wilkins Vardy

Extremely poor service! Over promised on my new build, they had 2 conduct issues with staff members in my time. Contact at Wilkins vardy office did not reply, had to be chased and was rude. Wasn’t even told the move had been put back on 2 separate occasions. I had to chase continuously and was due to move within 5 days and wasn’t told that wasn’t going ahead. Over promised and when questioned the 2.5k of unexpected charges was spoken to like I was not being truthful despite this being the same for all of the new owners on my street. Extremely stressful and the worst experience I have ever had.
