I cannot recommend Wilkins Vardy highly enough, I have just used them for the second time, this time to sell my father's property. Within three days of it going on the market there were five offers placed, two substantially over the asking price and the house has just been sold to a fantastic couple who have been a pleasure to sell to. From the start, all the team have been outstanding, and in particular Dan Elliott who did the valuations and set everything up incredibly quickly to hit the market running and tailored the property to the right buyers and Sarah Clark who went above and beyond to help and advise with my bombardment of questions (sorry Sarah!) and was a vital link between myself and the buyers (who also praised her very highly too I should add) this allowed them to ask all the questions they needed as they were buying from out of the area and for me to get the answers they required. You cannot get this sort of service with budget estate agents, and although going to a top-class estate agent may cost a little more, it is worth every single penny. Even despite the COVID situation and Christmas/New Year break in between, Wilkins Vardy had me a choice of five buyers in three days and from hitting the market through all the surveys, searches and all the usual administration, the whole process has taken under 3 months to sell a high-value property to a wonderful couple at above the asking price whilst being supremely professional and incredibly helpful throughout.
