I’ve always heard good things about Wilkins and from the initial phone call to the valuation and dealing with the ladies in the office I cannot fault the service we received. They sold our late mums House and there was very little interest in it to start with, but they were so reassuring and proactive in trying to get things moving by suggesting different things to optimise getting it sold. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. All the ladies were lovely and helpful. Every query was answered to the fullest and they kept us informed all the way through to the very end. A special mention to Krystine who really looked after us and was so sympathetic especially at the when we handed the keys in for a house that our mum had spent 64 happy years living in. She understand our sadness and that was so very appreciated. The fees were very very reasonable compared to others but they are literally streets ahead of their competition.
