Dan was very approachable, knowledgeable and provided us with very good advice on several occasions during the sale. We trusted his opinion and could rely on him to suggest what was best for us in the circumstances. Stephanie was also extremely helpful - she was always available to speak to and was very friendly and understanding throughout. When we were having issues with the buyer and their solicitor, she was immediately on the phone for us, speaking to people, getting updates and sorting it out.
