My brother and I had the sad task of selling our family home, after losing both our parents. I chose Archer and Co, based on knowing of them from the Chepstow area, reviews online and from my initial meeting with Gill. We've had difficult times for selling a house. Brexit, re-election, more brexit, Christmas, a brief period of normal and then Coronavirus. They stuck with us and worked really hard to help and despite all the madness we got a sale. The team are friendly and kind. Gill is especially tenacious. It was a good experience and I'd highly recommend their services.

My wife and I wanted to appoint an experienced local estate agent who would take the lead in all aspects of selling our property, who whould give sound advice but also respect and act on our preferences. We were less concerned about price than about thoroughness and professionalism. We definitely made the right decision when we chose Archers. Selling this property proved to be more complicated than any other sale we have made in the past (we have moved many times), mainly due to buyers being affected by anxiety about Covid. Twice our buyers withdrew and Archers had to act quickly to find another buyer. This they did without fuss and suceeded in realising a very good price for our property. We recommend this company without reservation.
