Unfortunately an awful start today.I phoned early today to arrange a viewing,e mailed later in the day.No response or acknowledgment from anyone.Time frames are tight for me at the moment so I need to get the ball rolling. Maybe would have been quicker if I wrote enclosing a stamp addressed envelope. Friday 21st I am to amend the review I posted yesterday..what a difference a day makes. I received a phone call from Alex apologising for the lack of returned calls or emails yesterday.It appears their phone system was down for the day as well as the e mails.Alex couldn't have been more apologetic or helpful,so based upon there being a genuine problem I am happy to amend the previous rating.I now have my viewing appointment booked for next week,which was all I wanted. I suppose the learning point is what contingency plans are in place if there is a phone,computer failure. Here's to moving forward positively.

We came to the area a few weeks back to view a few properties as we are moving to the area later this year and I must say these guys were by far the most accommodating. We could only view on the weekend and we were able to book viewings for Saturday and Sunday whereas other agents couldn't fit us in as they wernt open or we had to view with the owners which we don't really like doing. I forget her name but the lady who showed us around was friendly and did her best to answer any questions!

We recently purchased through Archers and were particularly impressed by the aftercare (managed by Gill) following agreement/MOS. Gill regularly updated, acted as a conduit between the seller and I, and delivered outstanding customer service levels considering we weren't technically the customer. Every estate agent should have a Gill!

From initial enquiry with Archers I was impressed with there level of service and genuine care towards there customers needs. Throughout the whole process they have been amazing, especially Gill who is so efficient and knowledgeable on every aspect of the industry. They are more expensive than most but they are worth every penny as they get the job done in a very swift and professional manner, nothing is left unchecked and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, fully recommended!!!

We sold our house through Archer & Co and couldn’t have been more impressed. In every aspect of the move they were there to help and went above and beyond what I’ve experienced with other estate agents. Professional and friendly with plenty of good humour, they turned what could have been a very stressful experience into something of a breeze. I can’t rate them highly enough; from the quality of their brochures to the expert local knowledge of the staff. 10/10.

A while ago I put my house on the market but nothing was happening so I transferred to Archers where Gill took over. Well it was a bit of a rocky road but she stayed by my side! I had a buyer and an offer very quickly and my property was taken off the market. I found a house abroad. Then my buyers tried everything to get a reduction. They even threatened to withdraw. Gill stood firm. They then backed out... I found out that they had used my address to get into the local school. Disaster. No. It was immediately put back on the market again. I had eight viewings over the weekend and five days later we had a full offer. We completed in six weeks. Gill had also pointed me to a solicitor who had stayed calm and firm through all the mess and bullying. She was great. Thank you Archers for having the right people.
