I would highly recommend Archers. From the first minute of contacting them all the staff were friendly and professional. The photographer and video-maker started the process with first class work. Alex the Sales Director always calls back and keeps you in the loop. Gill who does the sales progressing was efficient, organised and friendly. The staff who showed the house to potential buyers were interested and knowledgeable. Despite difficult times for buyers and the problems with lockdown, Archers always did their best in what were very trying circumstances. I would certainly use them again and would caution against other large agents in the Chepstow area where I have had very different experiences. Well done Archers. First class.
