Charles David Casson - Chelmsford

Charles David Casson were excellent from start to finish during my recent property sale. Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. I could not have asked for a better agent to have been involved.

Great experience from start to finish with Storm assistanting us with our letting move. Communication A* Always call to update me on progress and respond to any email enquiries promptly. From accepting my application to moving in date was stress free.

I have been impressed with the marvellous services received from Charles David Casson Estate Agent from Chelmsford. The reason why I had chosen this agent was that other estate agents were not willing to help me to rent with the support of a guarantor as I started my business less than a year ago. So I can not prove my income due to not submitting tax returns yet. Macey was extremely helpful. I was amazed to experience her dedication, enthusiasm and communication skills. She is simply the best! I am extremely grateful to Macey Smith and her team for their time, attention, understanding and tremendous help in every aspect of this letting. I am more than happy to recommend Charles David Casson and especially Macey Smith to my family and friends in the future. Thank you so much for everything Macey!!

Absolutely brilliant service from Dawn. Over the past six years, she has been consistently helpful, attentive, and has always maintained clear communication. I’m truly impressed and very happy to recommend Dawn.

We recently completed our house purchase and had a really positive experience working with this agency. Federica and Becky managed our case and were consistently professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They made the whole process feel smooth and well organised. We’re very grateful for their support and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive estate agency when buying a property. Thanks again, Alberto & Claudia
