I have to say a huge thank you to Jasmine who went over and above to help resolve a rental payment issue, which happened on the eve of her holiday outside of working hours. She responded to emails, proposed a solution, checked and followed up with the tenant and the payment system. The before 9am on Saturday morning, the first day of her official holiday/time off she checked to ensure payment had been made, and cleared payment on the system for me.
