All of the team was attentive and the Director Matt ensured his expectations that the people assigned to sell my property were fully briefed and competent about my individual property. His response to my particular requirements were positive and timely. The person assigned was exceptional, made sure she was fully informed about every aspect of the property and the local market so she could advise me and engage effectively with potential buyers. She was professional, reliable, always gave considered feedback and was incredibly supportive, nothing was too much trouble. The communication throughout the process was timely and ensured I was updated and the sale progressed in spite of initial chain difficulties with the first buyers. I cannot recommend Matt and his team highly enough. An excellent estate agents who are fully appraised of and work competently with the local markets on behalf of their customers.

Charles David Casson were excellent from start to finish during my recent property sale. Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well.
