Emily was really helpful in my experience with her, viewing, applying and the process of letting the new home for my son and I. Dawn was very helpful and patient whilst I was arranging finances. Courtney was really welcoming when we picked up the keys and signed final documents. Everybody we dealt with was so lovely and we are so grateful to have found this company, and in turn, our first home.

I would thoroughly recommend Charles David Casson and the service they provide. There are numerous employees who I have dealt with over the 12 years and never had a problem that they cant help me with. Everyone seemly has superb communication with one another, as they all pass on messages very well. I feel they all know their clients' needs very well too, making sure they get to know their clients on a more personal level, if thats the relationship you want. I think they have the balance between professional and friendlier level just spot on actually. Which makes me feel my opinion matters! A very excellent team of people who its apparent are there for the landlord as well as the tennant. Thank you!
