Sparks Ellison - Chandler's Ford

Debbie has been friendly, efficient and extremely competent. As a result, we decided to have our property fully managed by Sparks Ellison and we are confident we are leaving it in safe hands.

My house sale is going well to date. All at Sparks Ellison have been helpful, understanding and very professional. Will gladly recommend their services. My very best wishes to everyone at Sparks Ellison.

Well done Lucie You have been super helpful, very many thanks and so much appreciated.

Kept well informed every step of the way, right up to completion

They were easy to book a viewing and were helpful with any questions I had when I decided to buy the house. They constantly kept me updated throughout.

Exemplary service! No wonder Sparks Ellison have been voted by their peers as the best of the best. Absolutely all of the team were top notch in helping us through what was a very stressful process. Extra special thanks, though, must go to Victoria and Lucie who went above and beyond. Moving house in the Chandler's Ford area? Then Sparks Ellison simply must be your first port of call.

Lucy has helped us through the process of house exchange and she was wonderful. She kept us updated all throughout the process which is highly appreciated.

The whole Sparks Ellison team have been great from listing our property - ensuring they had a much information as possible to tell prospective buyers- all the way through the process to exchange with minimal fuss! Highly recommend

My wife and I have dealt with all SE departments since they opened and have always found them to be very professional and helpful. Recently we had a dispute with a tenant (a try on) that was expertly dealt with by Debbie who is head of their letting department. We would highly recommend them.

The Graham Butt team selling our house did a fantastic job from start to finish. They had an honest and straightforward approach. Tobie and Pat went above and beyond during our sale ensuring everything stayed on track and got over the line. There were a few bumps in the road as is often expected but they dealt with these professionally and swiftly. We felt looked after and valued as customers and would recommend them to others.
