Sold and bought with sparks Ellison! Amazing service can’t fault them !!! We mostly dealt with an agent called Frazier whose knowledge and professionalism was second to none. He really got on board and listened to what we were after (our must haves in the property ) which ultimately led to him finding our dream home ! In regards to selling - it was so straight forward . Viewings booked together to reduce interruption which was a godsend especially with having 2 young children. They kept us informed every step of the way . Couldn’t have asked for more .

Sold and bought with sparks Ellison! Amazing service can’t fault them !!! We mostly dealt with an agent called Frazier whose knowledge and professionalism was second to none. Fantastic all round service from the whole team. We sold our house through Sparks Ellison and cannot fault their service at all. Adam visited us and provided us with a realistic and honest valuation of our property that generated plenty of interest very quickly. Frazier, Chris and George were brilliant in helping us search for a new house without ever being too pushy. Whilst we didn’t find our eventual property with Sparks Ellison, we couldn’t fault the sales team and it almost felt like we knew them personally. Finally, the Sales Progression conducted by Victoria was exemplary and demonstrated an extremely high level of professionalism and communication. When a prospective purchase fell through at the last hurdle, Victoria really did a great job of keeping our heads up! Thank you to the whole team. This is the second time I have bought and sold with Sparks Ellison. Just as last time I have nothing but praise for the efficient, but at the same time friendly and kind, way they dealt with the transaction. Even though the whole team was exceptional, I want to give a special mention to Victoria who coordinates the process between buyers/sellers and solicitors once an offer has been accepted. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she kept us informed every step of the way. She made, what could otherwise have been a very stressful time much easier to cope with, and she was always ready with good advice.
