I instructed Graham Butt in Rustington in April 2025 and we have just exchanged contracts mid July. They have been on top of every stage of the house sale and kept good communication with me throughout. They arranged all the viewings and kept me up to date with the bookings. They have also gone above and beyond with helping with arranging services for the house when I couldn’t be there as I live some distance away. This has been a difficult time for myself and my family as we were selling our late mother’s house.
