Sparks Ellison - Chandler's Ford

The experience of finding a property to rent with them has been nothing but a pleasure. They were extremely accommodating when arranging viewings and went the extra mile to make things easier for us during a very stressful time. Would highly recommend and use them in the future. Debbie and all of her team have been amazing and every member of the company has been a joy to interact with.

Recently completed on the sale of a flat in Droitwich. Despite the occasional challenge the process was pretty seemless, thanks in no small part to the efforts of Sarah and the rest of the staff at Oulsmans. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. House selling is always a stressful experience and it was reassuring to know that we had professional estate agents on hand throughout the process.

Oulsnam (Angela) at their Droitwich branch helped us (the family) to sell our family home. The family moved to Droitwich from London in 1965 to the property now sold. We all have had lots of memories that we cherish. Many of those memories involve times and occasions in the home. Both of the property owners (our parents) are now no longer with us. The 3 children have all grown up, had their own family's and moved on, but all within maybe 15 miles of Droitwich. With so many memories for all of us, the property sale required an estate agency with an understanding of the needs for the family. Angela was all of that and so much more. She is a very professional and highly competent property conveyancer who I would have no problem recommending to anyone. The sale ran alongside a probate process, meaning there were many 'extra' issues, and hurdles to overcome. Angela (and the team at Oulsnams) didn't miss a step. Everything was achieved and completed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Thanks to Oulsnams it was a seamless process that could quite easily have not been. So from our family to everyone at Oulsnam's, a huge thankyou to you all.

fab team of people, answered every question we asked and went above and beyond providing a good service. thank you sarah and the team for making this a reality for us.

I can’t recommend this estate agent highly enough. From the very first conversation through to completion, the entire team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their knowledge of the local market was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. What really stood out was their personal approach and dedication to customer service. They made us feel valued every step of the way and handled any challenges efficiently and professionally. Once again a massive thankyou to Sarah and the team

Angela appraised the property with passion and enthusiasm, not experienced by other agents. They treated the property with respect, and with interest for selling the house. Good communication and excellent in negotiation. Sarah was superb and friendly in her approach. I would not hesitate in recommending their services.

Sarah at Droitwich very helpful, kept us updated on a very lengthy process which she did her best to keep moving.

We had a great experience with the SE team during our recent move from Chandler’s Ford to Winchester. They couldn’t do enough for us and dealt with any issue in a calm and professional way. Really grateful to the whole team, thank you!

Can’t thank Sparks enough for helping me with the sale of my property. Everyone I spoke to throughout was friendly and helpful, but special shout out to Frazier and Jemma - it was a long journey but we got there in the end! Communication was great and I felt at ease knowing you were on top of things. Thank you!

Thankyou so much to Angela & the team at Oulsnams, made my first home buying experience a breeze and were so helpful throughout. Everything was well explained and clear the whole way through, thank you again & highly recommend!
