Hi Simon, Many thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry that you felt the sales progression wasn’t as proactive as you’d hoped. This is unusual feedback for us as you can see from the majority of our reviews which compliment this part of our service. I do appreciate that there were challenges with your sale given that the buyer changed the way they funded the purchase which created delays. Obviously we were keen to hold this together for you, with your agreement, to ensure we maximised the sale figure you achieved, given the current market conditions, which did mean a longer process but this is still below the national average currently. However, as always, we do appreciate that the customer’s perception is what we need to base our service on so we are sorry that you felt this wasn’t as you’d hoped.
