Great experience renting an apartment in Whitchurch with this Company. Really clear communications and prompt review of property pre and post tenancy. Kaitlin Vanner was super helpful. If I come back to rental at any point I would certainly return to Seraph.

Brilliant Block Management company. The company has taken over from a previous management company and I have to say that the service far over last year and a half been nothing but professional, friendly and overall responsive as a whole. A special shout out to Louise Stanbury who has been especially helpful with dealing with queries and issues around the block/building. She has always been always quick to respond and addresss concern from residents whenever raised in a prompt and timley manner. This has been espically true when sorting issues related to the bins/lifts and can say as a resident been generally impressed. Overall will say that my expeirence has been a positive one and recommend the company to anyone else seeking a block management company.

I’ve been living in this building for a year now, and it has been a wonderful experience. The building itself is well-maintained, safe, and comfortable, but what really makes it stand out is the manager. She is always supportive, kind, and incredibly responsive whenever anything comes up. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and genuinely caring, and I truly appreciate all the effort she puts in to make sure residents feel at home.

We adopt a personal approach to managing a property and ask about the individual’s goals as well as thinking about the property over the course of its lifetime. Our clients range from individuals with one property through to letting agents that wish to outsource their management as well as freeholders, leaseholders, developers and receivers of rent. We also work with other management companies to take care of their maintenance and facilities management. Our core management team are based in Cardiff, from here they will co-ordinate all aspects of property management including compliance, finance, health and safety and customer liaison. They support our Site Agents or Housing Officers who will visit our portfolio regularly and ensure the properties are being kept to the expected standard, or visit when an issue is raised. They are based in the area relating to your block along with trusted contractors for emergencies and general day-to-day work.
