We had an issue with a slow filling toilet, but was quickly sorted out by the plumber who came, literally took about 2 minutes. Eve was also quick to respond to my email and booked our plumber as early as possible, she also sent a follow up email to check it was working after about a week. Overall nice and quick and hassle free.

I would like thank Chloe Knowles who was extremely helpful and supported to resolve water leak issue which was there since years. She kept me updated the details and arranged contractor within a day who helped to identify the water meter issue which was there since year 2022. Overwhelmed with her support and appreciate her professionlism as i made multiple calls to her but then she was very patient and understood the concern. Brilliant Block Management company. The company has taken over from a previous management company and I have to say that the service far over last year and a half been nothing but professional, friendly and overall responsive as a whole. A special shout out to Louise Stanbury who has been especially helpful with dealing with queries and issues around the block/building. She has always been always quick to respond and addresss concern from residents whenever raised in a prompt and timley manner. This has been espically true when sorting issues related to the bins/lifts and can say as a resident been generally impressed. Overall will say that my expeirence has been a positive one and recommend the company to anyone else seeking a block management company.

Eve was very helpful and efficient with fixing my issue regarding a new lock on the door to my flat. She kept me informed with each step of the process greatly appreciate all her help.

The building itself is well-maintained, safe, and comfortable, but what really makes it stand out is the manager. She is always supportive, kind, and incredibly responsive whenever anything comes up. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and genuinely caring, and I truly appreciate all the effort she puts in to make sure residents feel at home.
