Nicola has been a fantastic person to contact whilst we have had problems with the property. Nothing is too much for her to undertake as she understands how important it is to keep clear communication between Seraph and the leaseholders. Adventurers Quay with a mix of houses and many apartments needs an superior management company with a range of good capabilities. These will include informed and effective support to the residents serving as the board of directors; a ready supply of information and advice to all residents both of a routine kind and in emergencies ; the regular production of a newsletter to keep residents up to date with news about both the buildings and their maintenance , and the AQ community. In my experience as AQ resident and board member for over 12 years, with Seraph's relatively recent appointment and through its active and available block manager James Davies, AQ is now really benefitting from a 5 star service relating to the above.

Very helpful. We had problems with our boiler and were promptly provided with heaters and the problem was solved in good time. Freya was also very helpful and friendly.

Sara Hughes was amazing in dealing with the issues we had with the property. The contractor who carried out work ok the windows was efficient and actually explained what was done and why. Thank you for the help on this matter.

Kaitlin Vanner has been extremely helpful, always charming to speak to, advice sound and very efficient in dealing with all sorts of complex matters leading to the eventual sale of the property that we instructed her about.

We moved into one of their properties last year and have seen a significant improvement with their service this year. Their communication has definitely improved a lot. Freya Oatridge has especially been really kind and helpful with sorting problems with the flat and getting things fixed.

We recently had some issues with the central heating system at our apartment. I dealt with a person called Freya Oatridge. I was very impressed by her communication skills and thoroughness In resolving the problems we were having. Seraph Property Management are specialists in residential and block management as well as many aspects of domestic and commercial property maintenance. We adopt a personal approach to managing a property and ask about the individual’s goals as well as thinking about the property over the course of its lifetime. Our clients range from individuals with one property through to letting agents that wish to outsource their management as well as freeholders, leaseholders, developers and receivers of rent. We also work with other management companies to take care of their maintenance and facilities management. Our core management team are based in Cardiff, from here they will co-ordinate all aspects of property management including compliance, finance, health and safety and customer liaison. They support our Site Agents or Housing Officers who will visit our portfolio regularly and ensure the properties are being kept to the expected standard, or visit when an issue is raised. They are based in the area relating to your block along with trusted contractors for emergencies and general day-to-day work.
