My daughter and I have recently moved into a Seraph managed property. There have been a couple of teething problems that have been more than satisfactorily dealt with by Chloe Peachey. She has gone over and above to help us and we are so very grateful to her.

I would like to thank Chloe Peachey from Seraph Property Management for her help in resolving an issue with our dining table set. After a rather frustrating period of being without a table and chairs following a safety concern, Chloe was proactive, communicative, and made sure the matter was resolved before Christmas, which we really appreciated. She handled the situation professionally and sympathetically, and her efforts made a genuine difference to our day-to-day living. It was a relief to see the issue taken seriously and resolved properly. Thank you, Chloe, for your support and efficiency.

I took one room 4 lawn terrace through seraph property management.i have lived here almost 1 year and three months.I interacted too many letting agencies in UK.But James Douglas and seraph estate are most trusted letting agency.They always supported me during my stay.I can not forget about cooperation of Hannah Green and sarah.They are very supportive and gentle .They always created flexibility for tenants.My landlord was also very gentle man.i will remember James Douglas and 4 lawn terrace home in my life. We adopt a personal approach to managing a property and ask about the individual’s goals as well as thinking about the property over the course of its lifetime. Our clients range from individuals with one property through to letting agents that wish to outsource their management as well as freeholders, leaseholders, developers and receivers of rent. We also work with other management companies to take care of their maintenance and facilities management. Our core management team are based in Cardiff, from here they will co-ordinate all aspects of property management including compliance, finance, health and safety and customer liaison. They support our Site Agents or Housing Officers who will visit our portfolio regularly and ensure the properties are being kept to the expected standard, or visit when an issue is raised. They are based in the area relating to your block along with trusted contractors for emergencies and general day-to-day work.
