My rental property has been managed by Belvoir for the past 5 years. I've been looked after by Rob Price, Jack Cashman and for the past 18 months by Julie Robinson. Nothing is ever too much trouble. All statements are delivered on time and for the past 2 years they have been sending me an annual summary statement which has everything I need for my tax return all in one place. I am kept up to date with any issues on the apartment and organised replacement items and/or works within less than one week. They let me know about any new regulations and even helped me through the process of registering with Rent Smart Wales and in my correspondence with the maintenance company MainStay. I cannot fault them. Julie is alert, efficient and kind. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Cardiff to anyone renting in the area.

I was a tenant with this letting agency for four years. I was so impressed with the service that was provided I'm not hesitating to give them a 5 star rating. Any problems with the property I was renting were resolved quickly and efficiently. We contacted Belvior after our letting agency had shut down and we needed help getting proof of our bond. We really had no idea what to do but Belvior were so helpful even though we were not one of their clients. They got us proof of our bond, advised us on legal aspects of the issue and even contacted our landlord to inform them of the issues. They really went out of their way to help us and we couldn't be more grateful.
