The sale could have been completed in a somewhat less stressful manner if the agents had been in better contact with the seller, or had kept us better informed. Overall the e sale was completed on time though and staff were very professional at all times.

The support I got from Rhyss to sell my house was fantastic. He was always available to offer help and advice and the sale went through quickly. Buying my new house through lockdown with Miles and Barr wasn't quite as smooth (no fault of theirs - the chain further up broke down) but still I managed to move just before Christmas! I must also mention the help they provide for finding the best mortgage provider - very helpful. Overall, a very good service - I'd definitely recommend Miles and Barr

The agent that took over from the sales Team when the sale was agreed, was excellent. I would recommend Denise but the sales team were not good on communications or following instructions which should have been on my records such as not to call on Thursdays or Fridays and to email instead. Initially I felt the team did not promote the house sale until Miles and Barr were given notice due the lack of expectations given from the valuer. A buyer as found within a week after giving you notice !
