A very well informed representative called Shannon met us on time, and had all the property information prepared that we might need. She was well informed of the area and houses we were viewing and able to answer any questions we had. If you really, really want to sell your house, then Miles & Barr are great, as they also really, really want to sell your house. They are particularly good at communicating and keeping you up to date on what is going on. We sold our house from outside the UK which was stressful enough in and of itself - having a decent team behind you (and it was a team effort) really helps.
