I would single out our negotiator Shannon Philipps from the Canterbury office who has shown great initiative on our behalf. I would also say that everyone we have been in contact with during this sale and a sale about a year ago from Miles & Barr has been helpful and understanding. Both our sales have been connected to the death of family members during the pandemic and it has been a real relief to find such mature and empathic help from these agents.

Staff have been very helpful at every stage and a great bunch of people to work with. From the initial listing, to finding a buyer and the sales progression at the end was a first class journey. They helped with the onward purchase of our new property and helped us massively with this even though the purchase wasn't through them. Professional and helpful cant recommend them enough.
