Very professional and courteous and actually listens to the customer with regard to the property they're looking for we need more people like that the only downside is I don't know if they get the messages on time or there's a glitching system but it takes a while for anybody to get back to you but when they do their own point which leads me to believe maybe there's something wrong with the internal messages
